NASW Assurance Services Named One of Frederick’s Best Places to Work in 2015

Frederick, Maryland – August 7, 2015—NASW Assurance Services, Inc. (ASI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Frederick, Maryland.

The Best Places to Work Campaign is part of a countywide partnership focusing on increasing quality-of-life opportunities for Frederick County employees by encouraging a work-life balance. Winners of this award are selected based on their strong commitment to their employees and for creating a positive work environment. Scoring categories include work-life balance, median salary, turnover rate, benefits, diversity, and professional growth. This award is sponsored by the Frederick County Business Development and Retention Department; the City of Frederick Department of Economic Development; Frederick County Workforce Services; and the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.
