What is Malpractice?
Malpractice is a form of professional negligence.

The best way to defend yourself against social work malpractice lawsuits is to prevent suits from being filed in the first place. In addition, it's prudent to obtain professional liability insurance and take other measures to improve your practice as ways of mitigating your liability risk.
